It is our goal for you to have a positive experience while in our care. From the time your appointment is made, continuing through your visit and follow-up care, we are here working with you. We recognize that your time is valuable and we will do everything possible to keep you informed of delays or changes.
Requesting an Appointment
Patients who have seen us before can request an appointment through NHRMC MyChart.
New patients can call 910-662-8765. A referral from a physician is preferred, but if you would like to make an appointment without a referral, please be sure to bring notes and any films you may have from your previous urologist. Some insurances require a referral.
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your visit and bring:
- Photo ID
- Healthcare insurance card
- Medications you take in their original containers or a list of medications you take, including over-the-counter products and vitamins and supplements
- Copayment if you have one
- New patient forms downloaded and completed
We understand that situations arise and schedules change. When you must cancel or change an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.
You will receive a summary of your visit, including information about future appointments and medications prescribed. You also can access this information in NHRMC MyChart.
